THELAKER | 29 the 00s Angel (Engman) Rohnke ’00 (Natural Resources Conservation) was appointed director of the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science. She has 19 years of experience in conservation and education at the museum and LeFleur’s Blu State Park. ere, she has led projects like the LeFleur’s Blu Playground and Spotter’s Adventure Trail. Kimberlie Noyes ’00 (Nursing), associate professor of nursing at FLCC, was recognized at commencement in May as a recipient of the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. Ethan Fogg ’00 (Business Administration) became general manager of Plum Point Lodge in August. e Seneca lakefront hotel in Himrod also includes a glamping site and a farm-to-table restaurant, Sapalta. Matthew Murphy ’01 (Business Administration) has been promoted to vice president and residential mortgage ful llment manager at Wayne Bank. Justin Kuczma ’04 ( erapeutic Massage) recently accepted the position of development manager at St. John's Foundation. Johnathan Murray ’05 (Accounting), an FLCC One Stop Center specialist, turned the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic into an opportunity to ful ll a dream of starting a business. Alumni employees achieve another milestone ree College employees — all FLCC alumni — have joined the ranks this past spring of alumni at another SUNY school: Empire State University. Campus Police Sgt. Todd Strelow earned a master's in business administration and O cer Brian Walker earned a master's in public administration. Nicole LaRocca, senior account clerk, completed a bachelor's degree in accounting. Todd ’00 graduated with an associate in business administration. He is a 23-year veteran of Campus Police and retired from the Army National Guard. He is the a ernoon shi supervisor and department quartermaster. Brian ’12 is a criminal justice grad, a nine-year veteran of Campus Police, and a police academy instructor. He has held previous positions with the Clyde and Waterloo police departments. Nicky ’10 earned her associate in accounting and worked part-time at the College from 2011 to 2013.
