Pamela Araya ’14 (Graphic Arts) is pursuing a master’s degree in emerging education technology at SUNY Empire State College. At the 2020 Learning with Innovative Technology Conference in July, she gave a presentation about a 3D educational virtual environment she is developing. Stephanie (Reed) Corino ’14 (Liberal Arts and Sciences: American Sign Language) is a special education K-2 teacher. Andrew Dupuis ’14 (Liberal Arts and Sciences: Humanities) obtained a bachelor’s degree in child and family studies at Weber State University, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical psychology and marriage and family therapy at Pepperdine University. Elizabeth (Merklinger) Klingenberg ’14 (Business Administration/Marketing) completed a master’s degree in higher education/higher education administration in May. Zach Lyman ’14 (New Media) is a multimedia producer at Alfred University and videographer/ photographer at SUNY Brockport. Amber (Holbrook) Merring ’14 is employed at Canandaigua National Bank in the records and research department. Rachel Osborne ’14 (Social Sciences) has been working at the Department of Health and Human Services in Asheville, North Carolina for two years. She began a master’s program in the fall. Nate Perez ’14 (Fish and Wildlife Technology) ’15 (Environmental Studies/ Natural Resources Conservation Certificate) studied abroad in Roatan, Honduras with SUNY Oswego, and conducted research on the social dynamics of bottlenose dolphins and reef fish assemblages on fringing reefs and patch reefs. Currently, he is a marine instructor at The Florida Aquarium in Tampa. Last fall he traveled to Australia, where he visited the Great Barrier Reef and met Bindi Irwin. Donna (Bedient) Wollschleger ’14 (Business Administration) is clerk/treasurer for the village of Bloomfield. Alise Bamonto ’15 (Social Sciences/Fine Arts) earned a bachelor’s degree in studio art from Nazareth College in 2017, and continued her education there, receiving a master’s in creative arts therapy in May 2019. She was recently hired at Hillside Children’s Center as a clinician working with kids and families. Alexis (Halstead) Davis ’15 (Culinary Arts) is an agricultural teacher in the Windsor Central School district. Acasia Depperman ’15 (Social Sciences) earned a bachelor’s in psychology and then worked as a technician on a psychiatric unit. Acasia is in an accelerated nursing program and will graduate in December. Rory Edmonds ’15 (Music Recording Technology) graduated from Belmont University and joined Nashville, Tenn. company PLA Media in March 2019 as a graphic designer and social media assistant. In June, he was promoted to the role of graphic design and social media manager. Brandon Graves ’15 (Natural Resources Conservation) works in woodland management and is an assistant logging sports coach at FLCC. Jaimie Klink ’15 (Business Administration) began a new position at Paychex in March and will be working in payroll implementation. Sarah Lasky ’15 (Liberal Arts and Sciences) received her bachelor’s degree in communications from RIT in 2017. Currently, she works at SUNY Erie Community College as the coordinator of alumni relations. Megan Pedersen ’15 (Liberal Arts and Sciences) works as an enrollment representative for an online school called Connections Academy. She studied ASL at FLCC and says she is still signing. Melissa Sherman ’15 FNP-C (Registered Nursing) joined the medical staff of Geneva General Hospital in August. Colin Delgado ’16 (Liberal Arts and Sciences: Humanities) graduated with a political science degree from SUNY Albany in 2018. Currently, he is working for a political organization in Texas. Jared Hanslmaier ’16 (Criminal Justice) is a correctional sergeant at Otsego County Sheriff ’s Department. Andrew Robinson ’16 (Hotel and Resort Management) is an operations manager at Hyatt Hotels. class notes
