Ethan Davis ’21 (Engineering Science) is currently a mechanical engineer intern at Orolia Defense and Security. Paige Montgomery `’21 (Humanities) celebrated the five-year anniversary of her ice cream truck business Sprinkle Starship, which was featured in the Finger Lakes Times. Sarah Farrow ’21 (Environmental Studies) started a job this year as an associate scientist with a bioanalytical biotechnology laboratory, working with companies on clinical trials and getting data results before seeking Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval or marketing to the public. Natalie Saint-Cloud ’22 (Networking and Cybersecurity) accepted a new position as a Cisco support engineer at AT&T in May 2022. In Memoriam Marilyn “Mickey” Sands, who with her family, gave generously to the College, passed away on July 7, 2022 at age 96. Raised in Manhattan, she studied at the Woman’s College of University of North Carolina and then transferred to Hunter College in Manhattan, earning a degree in biochemistry. She was predeceased by her husband Marvin Sands (1999), founder of Constellation Brands and daughter, Dr. Laurie Sands (1995). Mickey and Marvin were married in 1947 and settled in Canandaigua where they became fixtures in the community for many years after her husband established the Canandaigua Wine Company, later to become Constellation Brands. Through the company and the Sands Family Foundation, Mickey and her family supported the construction of the Student Center, which opened in 2012, and more recently, the Sands Family Center for Allied Health, which opened in August.
